About the Role Join a growing pharmacy group with two nearby beachside locations. You’ll be primarily based in one store, with occasional rotations to the other to broaden your experience. Both roles offer full-time hours on a rotating seven-day roster. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to this idyllic region. What’s on Offer Competitive rates: $65/hr for Manager, $55/hr for Pharmacist Relocation assistance to our scenic beachside towns Strong support: additional pharmacists, techs, and dispensing robot Diverse experience: retail focus, Websterpaks, vaccinations Key Responsibilities Manager: Lead retail operations, oversee Websterpak dispensing, mentor staff Pharmacist: Dispense accurately, administer vaccines, manage the dispensing robot Both: Ensure compliance with AHPRA and pharmacy standards Both: Deliver outstanding customer service in a community setting What You’ll Need Pharmacist Manager: 2–3 years’ pharmacy management experience Pharmacist: Proven dispensary experience in a fast-paced environment Both: AHPRA General Registration; strong leadership and communication skills Both: Commitment to a rotating roster and teamwork Why Join Us?
